PADDLING INFORMATIONAL MEETING, MONDAY SEPT. 18 AND THURSDAY, SEPT. 21

Anyone interested in paddling this year, there will be an informational meeting Monday 9/18 at 3:0p at the gym.  If you cannot make Monday a 2nd informational meeting will be Thursday 9/21 3:00p at the gym.

BOYS BASKETBALL JV & VARSITY WORKOUTS HAVE BEGUN!

Boys Basketball preseason workouts have begun for the Varsity and JV teams.  If you are interested in being a part of Cougar Basketball, contact Coach Rob Blakeney @ [email protected].  

GIRLS SOCCER PRESEASON CONDITIONING

Begins Tuesday, September 5 
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s @ 4:30p-6:30p

Meet at the girls locker room.
Wear white shirt, dark shorts and running shoes.
Must have a current physical, risk and concussion forms in order to participate.

JV GIRLS TENNIS

Calling all Freshmen and Sophomore girls! Are you interested in learning a new sport that you will be able to play and enjoy into adulthood? Come out to the Kaiser Tennis Courts MWF from 3pm to 5pm starting Monday 8/28 to meet the coaches and check it out! If you want to work out with the team please be sure to submit the Parent Consent Form, Concussion Form and an updated Physical to the Trainers. Any questions please call Coach Holly at 808-352-4646. BOYS SOCCER 
All boys interested in playing soccer, JV and Varsity, this upcoming season. off season training & conditioning schedule is as follows:
Start Date August 28^th.
Meet at the Stadium bleachers. 
Practices will be Monday’s & Wednesday’s 5pm-6:30pm
