GO FAN Ticketing Instructions

**Reminder OIA Activity cards are for Regular Season games and do not apply to Pre Season and Post Season games.**

 

Purchasing Tickets

Using your digital device- go to: https://gofan.co

  1. Search Kaiser High School, Honolulu HI
  2. You will see Kaiser’s upcoming events in the middle of the screen- click on the buy tickets to the event you wish to attend.
  3. There are only General Admission tickets to purchase for ages 6 and above. Click on the + sign for the number of tickets you wish to purchase and click add to cart.
  4. There is a service fee of $1.00 per ticket purchased
  5. You can check out as a guest- you must enter your email and tickets will be sent to this email.
  6. Click continue and the next screen will ask for your credit card. You can use any major credit card including Apple Pay and Google Pay.  Once info is entered you can click buy now.

  8. Once the purchase is complete you can view tickets

 

Make an Account with GoFan

  1. Click sign in at the top right corner click on sign up if you don’t have an account or if you already have an account you can sign in using your email.
  2. You will see Kaiser’s upcoming events in the middle of the screen- click on the buy tickets to the event you wish to attend.
  3. There are only General Admission tickets to purchase for ages 6 and above. Click on the + sign for the number of tickets you wish to purchase and click add to cart.
  4. There is a service fee of $1.00 per ticket purchased
  5. You can verify the amount of ticket you wish to purchase and verify your email in top left. Once verified you can click pay with credit card.   You can use any major credit card including Apple Pay and Google Pay.  Once info is entered you can click buy now.
  6. Once the purchase is complete you can view tickets

 

Redeeming your GoFan Tickets

Using your digital device- go to https://gofan.co

  1. Log in with your email and password
  2. Once logged in you will see all of your tickets purchased
  3. Click on the ticket(s) you wish to use
  4. Redeem your tickets to enter at the gate by showing the gate attendant the number of tickets you have and wish to redeem. At the bottom click use tickets. There is a use all tickets button at the top left corner of the screen to make it easier or use the transfer tickets in the top right corner share it via email or text message.
  5. The next screen is a verify screen for gate attendant and a green check mark will appear.
  6. Note- If digital ticket is redeemed prior to the entrance gate personnel, ticket is no longer valid.
