Current Kaiser High School students

Grade 12 (seniors)

To request a Transcript (official or unofficial), bring the completed Request for Student Records Form to H101, Career and College Resource Center.

To request an Enrollment Verification Letter, please CLICK HERE to place your order. This letter includes the student's projected graduation date.

Grade 9, 10, 11 Students

To request a Transcript or Enrollment Verification Letter, please CLICK HERE to place your order.

Report Card (all current students)

To request a report card, bring the completed Request for Student Records Form to the Kaiser Registrar’s office.

State or Government Agency documents that need to be completed by the school or requesting information from the school (including Social Security, CSEA, health insurance coverage, etc), please bring the original document to the Kaiser Registrar’s office.
