HEALTH OCCUPATIONS STUDENTS OF AMERICA (HOSA) STATE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Congratulations to our 18 HOSA members who represented Kaiser high school at the Hawaii HOSA state leadership conference from March 3rd to 4/20/26. Special congratulations to Bella Bretschneider for earning first place and Thomas Bell for earning second place in phlebotomy! Because of their achievements they will advance to the HOA international leadership conference this June in Indianapolis. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication. During SLC, our members had the opportunity to meet new friends from across the state attend healthcare and leadership workshops, and explore the Expo featuring colleges, programs, in healthcare organizations. These experiences help prepare our students as future healthcare professionals. We also had two teams compete in Anatomage table applying their anatomy and physiology knowledge.

Congratulations to their advisor, Ms. Tara-Ann Pacubas for being acknowledged at the conference for having the highest percentage of growth of a HOSA club.
