Out of 29 high schools in the Asia-Pacific, NORCAL, Alaska and Hawaiʻi regions, Colonel Timothy Martinez has been named the Outstanding Officer of the Year for SY 2025-2026! Leading his squadron to earn an overall rating of “Exceeds Standards”, the highest rating attainable, along with the many successful programs which AFJROTC has to offer: Steller Explorers, Drones, Cyber Patriot, Archery, Special Forces, Drill, community service and so, so much more.
