At the helm of Mr. Bataluna, an assembly was held in the gym to host 320 students from Hokkaido Sapporo High School. This is one-third of their enrollment of just over 900 total students in grades 10, 11 and 12. From hula dancers, musicians to martial artists and a dance troupe (which KHS students participated), the cultural exchange was a success.
After the assembly, our Band and Orchestra students grouped together with students from Hokkaido Sapporo to do a campus tour and cultural exchange. Mahalo for visiting Kaiser High School, Hokkaido Sapporo Intercultural and Technological High School!
